Terms and Conditions

1. Product Representation: While we strive to provide accurate images of our products, actual product appearances may vary due to availability and other factors beyond our control.
2. Substitution Policy: If a specific product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or higher value, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
3. Delivery Policy: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. We deliver between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued. We attempt to contact recipients before delivery to ensure successful receipt.
4. Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact our customer service team. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
5. Pricing and Taxes: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Gift Co is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
7. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
